Rejuvenate Monthly Membership Program FAQs:

 

Is there a membership fee to enroll in the program?

No, there is no membership fee to enroll. To start your program, we will charge you first month’s payment.

How long is the program for?

Your Spa Membership Monthly Program renews automatically each month with your payment.

When will my credit card be charged every month?

Your Rejuvenate Monthly Membership payment will be billed on the 25th of each month or next business day. This is done to allow time for your credit card transaction to be approved so you can have your credit available the 1st of the month.

Can I cancel the program?

You may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, you will be unable to re-enroll for a minimum period of 1 year. If you are a member for more than 4 regular billing cycles, you may still use your spa credits for qualified services until they are all used within 90 days. These spa credits have no cash value and will not be refunded. If you are a member for less than 4 regular billing cycles, you may only apply the dollar value of the credits toward any full priced service. Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on other services. If 30 days’ notice is not given, any left-over credits with be forfeited.

Can my family or friend get my Rejuvenate Monthly Membership pricing? 

Your Rejuvenate Monthly Pricing is non-transferable. However, we do have a special 10% off regular pricing for friends and family. Members must be present and receiving services on the same day as their friends or family members.

If I am a Rejuvenate Monthly Member and want a 90-minute massage how much will it cost?

The cost will vary depending on the type of massage. Your $65 will be applied to the 15% off the 80-minute service. (price will vary by type of massage)

Can I share my services with others?

No, only the member may use their monthly services.

Do I have to use the services each month? 

Yes, we encourage you to use your services each month in the month they are billed.  Should a situation arise that you cannot come in one month you may carry it over and use two the next month or carry one over to the next month and combine them for a 110-min Signature Massage or 50-min Signature Massage and 50-min Signature Facial treatment. You can only carry over to the next month. If you have not used a credit for 2 months, you will forfeit that credit.

What happens if I made a Rejuvenate Monthly Member appointment and I must cancel it? 

The spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit that credit for the month.

Rule of thumb is if you think you may not be able to keep the appointment cancel it. Should things change you can always call that day and see if any appointments are available.

Will my Rejuvenate Monthly Membership Program Fee go up? 

As long as you continue to be enrolled, your fees will not go up.

I received a Gift Certificate for the spa, can I use it to pay for my Rejuvenate Monthly Membership Program?

The Rejuvenate Monthly Membership Program is set up to charge your credit card monthly. Your spa credit each month is tied directly to the payment processing. Any dollar amount gift certificates may be used towards any additional services you have or toward tips to the service providers. Any gift certificates for specific services must be used for the services purchased by the expiration date.

Terms and Conditions

 

Starting the Program:

  • Your Spa Membership Monthly Program renews automatically each month. Payments are billed on the 25th of the month or next business day for the following month’s Rejuvenate Monthly Credit which is available the first of each month if payment cleared.

  • To start, we will take payment at the Spa for the first month’s credit and charge your credit card every month thereafter on the 25th of each month in order to enjoy your membership benefits. 

  • Rejuvenate Monthly Credits have no cash value and will not be refunded for any reason.

Leaving the Program:

  • Cancel any time. If 30 days’ notice is not given, any left-over credits will be forfeited.

  • You may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice. Please email notice of your cancellation to contact@indiglomedspa.com. If you cancel, you will be ineligible to rejoin for a minimum period of one year. If you are a member more than 4 regular billing cycles, you may still use your spa credits for qualified services for up to 90 days from notice.

  • If you are a member for less than 4 regular billing cycles, you may only apply the dollar value of the credits toward any full priced service for up to 90 days from notice.

  • Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on other services.

  • The Rejuvenate Monthly Membership Program is designed for you to use the credit each month. You can roll over your credit to the next month to be used. Credits expire 90 days from the date they were billed.

  • Should the spa relocate or close, the spa has no financial responsibility for any unused credits where the member did not use the credit the month it was accrued for.

  • Rely only on information in these terms and agreement. No person has been authorized to give any information or make any representation not contained in this membership plan, and if given or made, such information or representation must not be relied upon as having been authorized by Indiglo Med Spa. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the spa membership, any verbal or written material, the Terms and Conditions shall govern.
